If there is a change in the load on the servo motor, the model MR-J2S-100B auto-tuning function will readjust the gain to its optimal setting. An encoder with a resolution of 131072 pulses per revolution is included in the design of the model in question. The encoder is suitable for use with servo motors. The model's three-phase power supply accepts input between 200 and 230 VAC. The model has an adaptive vibration suppression mechanism, which can detect mechanical vibrations and automatically modify the filter parameters to suppress them. Because the servo amplifier MR-J2S-100B absolute position detecting mechanism only requires a home position to be set once, it doesn't need to be reset each time the power is turned on.
The model includes a dynamic brake and current control system. The 1.7-kilogram servo amplifier has several protection features, including an Overcurrent shut-off, regenerative overvoltage shut-off, overload shut-off (electronic thermal relay), encoder error prevention, Undervoltage protection, instantaneous power failure protection, and Overspeed protection. To prevent high-frequency resonance from occurring as a result of amplifying the servo system's response, a low-pass filter is included in the MR-J2S-100B servo amplifier.
