The VPL-B1002M-PJ14AA servo motor is configured with an active shunt module for protecting the DC bus system from an overvoltage occurrence when operating at speeds that exceed the Bus Overvoltage Speed. The operator is recommended to prevent DC bus faults which might damage the VPL-B1002M-PJ14AA servo motor. TheVPL-B1002M-PJ14AA servo motor extended speed feature is designed for preventing accidental operation during unsafe speeds.
