Sealed terminals and gasketed covers prevent ingress of contaminants that could compromise electrical integrity.
Actuator options are highly versatile-lever, roller, plunger, pin, or rod styles-with adjustable arms and multiple mounting orientations (front, side, or rear). This flexibility allows easy integration into tight spaces or complex mechanical linkages. Custom actuator lengths, colors, and force ratings are available to meet specific application requirements.
For safety-critical applications, dedicated safety switches incorporate dual-channel contacts, positive opening mechanisms (EN 60947-5-1 compliant), and tamper-resistant designs to prevent bypassing. These models support integration into safety circuits up to PL e / SIL 3 levels, ensuring personnel protection in robotic cells, press machines, and access doors.
Electrical ratings cover a wide range-from low-voltage DC signals (5V/10mA) for PLC inputs to higher-power AC/DC loads (up to 250V AC, 10A)-making the switches compatible with both control logic and power circuits. Terminal options include solder tabs, quick-connect spade terminals, or pre-wired cable assemblies with M8/M12 connectors for plug-and-play installation.
